One to One Mindfulness
I can work with you to to help you establish your own mindfulness practice. I will be offering practices from the MBSR (mindfulness based stress relief) curriculum - a long-standing, research-based programme. We can do this at your own pace focusing on your specific needs and fitting in with your routine. This might be a series of hour-long sessions on-line or in person over 4 to 8 weeks.
I aim to support you in finding the time and motivation to enable you to make changes in your daily life.
